Charlie has a thing with doing 'high five-fist bump-elbow!' with other kids. This time he was being silly, but with Eli, every time he got to elbow, he would stop and say "Owie!!" and point to Eli's wound.

For some reason, the kids always wanted to squeeze into this tiny table on the patio to eat.
A Beaver tradition is grandpa takes all the kids to the marina and lets them each pick a treat. This year everyone wanted to buy a t-shirt but the only thing that was left was 3XL mens shirts for Colin.
P.S. that art piece in the background kept attacking people. They really didn't think about safety when they bought that artwork.
Charlie wanted no part of a cousins picture and he didn't have his ears on, so I was doing all I could to make him laugh...
We were at Beaver lake for Alison's 15th birthday. We celebrated just our little family first thing in the morning...also got to document a room with antlers for decoration.
Looking through her new sign book with the cousins and a sleeping grandpa.
Then we had a little home church.
followed by some Apples to Apples
and then some lake time!
After lunch, we had a little party.
This isn't the first birthday that Alison's had at the lake...

Grandpa took all the girls out for a glow boat ride.
Happy Birthday little girl! We love you so much!!!
The kids and I flew to Kansas, to have some summer fun with the cousins.
Colin selfie...the 2 of us always get ginger ale on flights and eat some chips. That seems to be a good motion sick cure for us.
We got to grandma and grandpa's kind of late, but grandpa was still ready to play some games.
Charlie LOVES coloring and would say, "Alison, color!" all day long.
Hearing him talk was amazing. When we were there in February, he was just saying a few words...and now he was chatting up a storm!
These two were connected pretty much always. If Alison was out of sight, Charlie would yell, "Alison! Where are you?!?!" If he found her, he would say, "What doing?"
There was a heat wave while we were there, so grandpa set up some pools in the backyard.
And he took these two fishing one evening.
Grandma gave Alison some money for her birthday to spend on all the boba she wanted. So she set the goal to try every single boba place in Lawrence.
I took all the kids swimming at the public pool one afternoon.
Aunt Beth made kiekle for Alison for her birthday.
We spent some time with Lydia and her family and even got to go to Courtney's 10th birthday party!
While we were gone, Maya tried to claim all the beds,
