A random blizzard hit yesterday...well, for Virginia it was a blizzard. We woke up to a few flurries and by the afternoon we had about 4 inches on the ground. We only played outside for a couple of minutes, but Alison LOVED it and immediately started throwing snowballs.
We enjoyed a quite day at home and made gingerbread cookies. I love snow days, especially when I get to stay in my nice warm home with my family.

Is that the same coat she had in Michigan? I love that she wanted to play in the snow.
It's not the same coat...in fact she really needs a real winter coat. I just layered several jackets, the top is more like a rain jacket.
