We took up to Boston to visit Elizabeth and Kent.
First, I have to say, Praise the Lord for direct flights! It made the trip easy peasy, which is just what I needed after a frantic couple of days trying to get caught up from the power outage.
Shortly after we arrived, we headed to a nearby park.
I think I might make this a trip standard now-the kids loved being able to run and stretch after traveling.
We had a yummy flank steak dinner with a corn salad, that will also become a standard in our house, and made our plans for the rest of the week.
