Eli became very interested in helping me cook dinner this week. He wanted to be involved in every step of the way and I was excited to see his enthusiasm...hopefully it brings many beautiful evenings together in the kitchen. This particular night, I was making schnitzel, spaetzles and salad. He mixed up the spaetzles and salad dressing and assembled the salads. While we were cooking, Ben and Colin were singing:
