We stopped in St. Louis on our last cross-country move, but the Arch was closed down for renovations. This time we booked a hotel within walking distance to the Arch and planned out our travel day so we would make it in time to get in a tour.
It was all fun and games until I realized we had to ride this little capsule to the top. I survived, but it was not my favorite.
Eli and I were not a fan of the movement at the top...we were fine standing by the stairs and waiting for our time to be up.
We had the most delicious bbq for dinner, but the kids informed us that St. Louis was not their favorite place and they were ready to hit the road.
