It snowed a couple of inches the other day so Alison and I headed out to play. It was short and sweet, but lots of fun. I have so many great memories of playing in the snow; sledding, playing games and building forts. I hope Alison has some great memories of the snow too.

Why is it that they don't make waterproof mittens for the littlest hands? It's not going to be as much fun to play in the snow if the mittens are sopping wet.
She looks like she's having the best time there. I know you'll be glad to leave Michigan weather but you have to admit, snow and children just go together.
