I made my first attempt at homemade bread. Though it's slightly lopsided, it was delicious. I don't know if this is a pro or con, but it only lasted a couple of days...suppose I'll have to double the recipe next time.

For the work involved plus the time involved, I always made bread 2 loaves at a time. I'll scan some recipes for you and send them hopefully today.
